After the terrible earthquake and tsunami disaster on 11 March, our important customers may have a concern about our continuous supply capability of XEBEC deburring tools.

I would like to inform you of the most updated status as of today.

[Human causalities or injured]
Fortunately, we have no causalities or injuries in our staff and their families.

[Manufacturing and Supply]
Our factory is located more than 400km away from the earthquake center this time and there is no impact on our production base in Naganowhere our operations are continuing as usual.

Regular production lead time is requested depending on the order volume.

[Delivery]
Our delivery route for overseas customers is in normal operation.

[Order system]
Our head office is currently not in the subjected area of rolling blackouts and will not likely be. Right after the earthquake we have already invested for new remote control order system. Thanks to this system, we will not stop order acceptance and delivery operations in our factory.

We have been in normal operation without confusion since the first business day after the earth quake.
