  • XEBEC has successfully increased the resistance temperature from 100℃ to 200℃ in its Hear-Resistant Ceramic Abrasives.
  • Adding to the same performance of Meister Finish Tools(which doesn't break,doesn't crack), their durability has been enhanced for prolonged use with Ultrasonic tools.
  • Ideal for removing EDM scales.
  • Can be used to polish deep slits of ribs, at full length.

  • Ideal for precise polishing of free surfaces, free curves, ribs, bosses, etc., of various forming molds (especially plastic mold).
  • High finishing efficiency can be attained without clogging, even for metals such as aluminum, copper, gun metal, etc., that clog with common abrasive stones.
  • Use in narrow areas where common abrasive stones cannot be used because thay'll break.
  • Use on complex shapes where uniform finishing could not previously be attained.
  • Efficient EDM scale removal.

Use

Use the tip at an angle to the surface of a workpiece.


Approximately 5~45 degrees is effective.
Polishing and deburring using the side of the tool.


The surface of the tools has no polishing ability.
Use with vibration tools (ultrasonic, air, electric etc.)


XEBEC Heat-Resistant Ceramic Abrasives are ideal for use with ultrasonic tool.
Ideal tool length depends on each ultrasonic tool. If a tool is not mounted on ultrasonic tool securely, excessive heat may be generated.

Dressing



For easy and perfect dressing, use an electrodeposited diamond stone. Perform cutting same way.
Coolant will increase efficiency.


Coolant is reccomended when polishing plastic molds.
