[When using with a vibration tool (electrical, ultrasonic, or air)]

• Read carefully the instruction manual of your vibration tool carefully.

• Check the appropriate output. The tool may break or generate heat when output is too large.
• Check the appropriate length. If the length inappropriate, the tool may not oscillate, or concentrated output may result in heat generation.
• Clamp securely. Pooor clamping may concentrate output, resulting in excessive heat generation.
• Polishing performance may vary depending on the structure and method of the clamp in use. Read carefully the instruction manual of your ultrasonic tool.

• How to form
  Form shapes using an by electrodeposited diamond stone (handy type, grinder type etc.)
  *If using files or abrasives, or when forming with excessive force, the layer of Alumina Fiber may peel off or crack. Broken Alumina Fiber may stick to your skin. If this occurs, stop processing immediately, and only use the tool after removing the peeled off or cracked portion.

• How to cut
  Make an initial cut from both sides with an electrodeposited diamond stone (handy type, grinder type) and then cut through.
  *If cutting creates a small crack , then the later of Alumina Fiber may peel off or crack. Broken Alumina Fiber may stick to your skin. If this occurs, stop processing immediately, use a tool after removing the portion peeled off or cracked.
