Hydraulic valve (Cross-hole)

Cross-Hole deburring after drilling process

Effects after installation

BEFORE

Tool
Rubber wheel, carbide rotary bur on rotating tool
Problem
Deburring broke shapes of edge and secondary burrs generated.

AFTER

Tool
Effect
Allows the tool to contact, bending the shaft lightly (about 0.5mm displacement of bending).
Possible to remove only the burrs and keep the shape of the edge.
Achieved better processing efficiency; the process used to cause tiredness for workers due to the long and narrow shape of workpiece.
