XEBEC Brush Surface is a completely new deburring tool using the original ceramic fibers as abrasives. The brush has three features: “high grinding power”, “tip-to-tip consistent performance” and “no deformation”, enabling automation of deburring and polishing.
The brush can be attached to a machining center or custom made machine, allowing removal of post-machining surface burrs with base thickness up to 0.1mm and achieve surface polishing performance up to Ra=0.1μm.

XEBEC Stone Flexible Shaft is a deburring tool which is made with the original ceramic fibers. By using ceramic stone on the head portion, the cutting edge is exposed over the entire surface. Spring steel is used in the shaft portion to suppress vibration and allows soft contact and during machining. The tool can be used with a handheld pneumatic tools as well as milling machines and robots.
By using the originally developed ceramic fiber as abrasives, we have overcome the disadvantages of conventional grinders which is likely to crack, split and chip.
The tips of the ceramic stone can be easily formed to fit a processing area.
